Project Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full time Project Coordinator to join our high performing Client Services team.

Your focus will be effectively implementing Rapid Global's software for our clients, liaising with key stakeholders and ensuring each project meets requirements.


Accountabilities include:

  • The effective co-ordination and implementation of multiple clients' software projects
  • Being a Subject Matter Expert on various core systems
  • Conducting online training/meetings for our clients' system administrators
  • Answering clients' enquiries via email and phone

To be successful, you’ll have: 

  • Minimum 4 years' proven customer service experience in a customer service role
  • Great understanding/experience and/or qualification in Work, Health and Safety
  • Relevant experience in project co-ordinating or similar is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects at one time, meeting deadlines and taking an innovative approach to problem solving
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Well developed presentation skills with the confidence to train clients on our software – online and face to face (if required)
  • Willingness and proven ability to learn new software systems and products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid computer literacy and an interest in technology
  • Flexibility to work during business hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm
